Hi, We're Daniel & Amber Litzinger

I, my wife, Amber, and our 3 boys, moved back to Great Falls from California in September 2019; to get back to this beautiful state and to pursue Real Estate full time.

Our path to real estate probably started in 2010, when we purchased our first home. To say that it was a major fixer upper, would be an understatement. Over 10 years, while working full-time, we lovingly turned it into a beautiful home. Dan's hard work, paired with my Amber's creativity, resulted in a home that nurtured hospitality, fun, family-centered values, creativity, and no end of laughter with our boys. Home truly has become a place that inspires us to go out into the world and do great things, and welcomes us back for refreshing.

In 2014, Dan lost his job which prompted us to look into refinancing our home and ultimately resulted in investing in some rental properties.  Of course, Dan found another job and got back work to provide for the family, but, from that challenge our passion for real estate was sparked. 

I was raised to be a hard worker and to do everything to the highest standard.  I bring a focused attention to detail, going above and beyond to do my best to ensure the highest quality in everything I do.  I also believe in open and full communication, keeping clients informed and confident throughout the buying and selling process.
